These bagel chips aren’t just delicious, and they don’t just satisfy our need to crunch into something! They’re also healthy and super versatile–you can make them savory or sweet with a million different options for toppings and dips! Even better, you can make them in a matter of minutes! We’ll give you the recipe for garlic bagel chips, but also offer some ideas for other flavors you can make!
2 Garlic Cloves–Chopped Fine
Non Stick Pan
Slice your bagels longwise into thin discs–the thinner the better! Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a small, non-stick pan along with your finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic. Heat through, until the garlic just begins to cook and become fragrant. Brush the tops of your bagels with the butter mixture and sprinkle with the fresh parmesan. Bake at 350 F for ten minutes, then flip them over, repeat, and bake ten minutes more!
You can make savory bagel chips–salt and vinegar, cracked black pepper, barbeque, and so many more, and pair them with dips like hummus and ranch. Or you can make sweet bagel chips from raisin, cinnamon or pumpkin bagels, top them with butter and cinnamon sugar, and make a sweet glaze for dipping! Either way, bagel chips rock!
